Who does the work
DEP defines the question and integrates specialist recommendations. Formulation, solid-state, and relevant process experts assess options and results. Qualified development and manufacturing providers carry out agreed experiments, process work, and supply activities.
If the approach is already justified, DEP can move directly into provider and execution support with a proportionate review of the relevant evidence. A broad assessment is not required before focused support can begin.
