Provider selection considers expertise, quality requirements, capacity and fit.
You retain program ownership and agreed decision rights. Scope, responsibilities, budgets and approvals are agreed before commitments are made. Qualified external patent counsel provides legal advice and handles filings when legal support is relevant.
